Romania is home to a temperate climate, with cold winters averaging around freezing and heavy snowfall through the country. Summers are a great deal more pleasant, with the Black Sea coast seeing temperatures in the 30s and the rest of the country not far behind. Rainfall is pretty consistent through the year, and the Carpathians see a lot of snow (surprising, with it being home to a skiing resort…) For current forecasts: http://www.intellicast.com/IcastPage/LoadPage.aspx?seg=LocalWeather&loc=roxxct28819&product=Forecast&prodgrp=Forecasts&prodnav=none
